clickbank and facebook

how to unblock websites?

a computer guy came and fixed my computer and he also blocked a hole heap of websites where you can get virus’s spyware etc. but i’ve seen he’s blocked myspace facebook and clickbank.
could someone please help me as to how to unblock the websites i dont want block
my computer runs on windows xp.

i went to internet options and removed all of the restricted sites, but its still not helping
